The owners and managers of the Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour approached BGA rationalise and maximise the rooms, kitchen and public spaces in the hotel. The project is in four stages. For Stage 1, BGA have lodged applicaion to Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority to add seven rooms.
Stage 2 consists of adding nine rooms and modifying the staff/back of house spaces.
Stage 3 consists of adding 9 rooms on the upper level.
Stage 4 consists of modifying and adding to the kitchen and public dining spaces. The total value of the 4 stages is approximately $3M. |
