| Two pairs of Dual Occupancy Town Houses were built on the same site. BGA used CSR Hebel blocks for the construction, this proved to be very economical for the developer and saves the occupants money on heating/cooling. |

| BGA designed and documented this boutique development of 9 terraces. Our design phillosophy was based on maintaining the inner-city lifestyle without compromising space, light or privacy. The success of this project is reflected in the sale prices achieved by the developer. |

| This boutique development of 12 units is located in the southern suburbs of Sydney. All the units have been designed to maximise views of Botany Bay. Interior layout is spacious, with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. BGA involved in site planning, council negotiations, design, interiors and documentation. Project due for construction late 2004. |

| The first of two houses on this site was designed for the owner and his family to live in. It consists of basement and two floors above. The house is very spacious, with many modern conveniences. Views to the water are maximised from the first floor bedrooms and family living room. |

| The second of two houses on this site. BGA had a very loose brief for this house, as such the architecture is very much in keeping with our clean, crisp and modern style. The house makes maximum use of the site by having the garages and storerooms below ground level and two floors above. |

| Paddington Terrace renovation, 40 Ormond St Paddington |

| This terrace circa 1912 was in need of a complete renovation. BGA gutted the internal walls, and started with a clean slate. The addition of a bathroom, living space and raising of ceilings added to the value of the property. This renovation was done for approx $120 K and added approx $400K to the property value, needless to say, the owners were extremely plesed with the results. |
