| Umina Fire Station, |
|
The new Umina Fire Station is housed in an old indoor sports centre. The conversion of the existing building into a Fire Station proved to be an interesting challenge due to the required complexities and intricate workings of modern Fire Stations.
The finished product bares no resemblance to the old Sports Centre. The total valu of the works was approximately $700,000. The station was officially opened in 2001 |
